One Battery-Box Premium HVS is composed of 2 to 5 HVS battery modules that are connected in series to achieve a usable capacity of 5.1 to 12.8 kWh. Additionally, direct parallel connection of up to 3 identical. Battery-Box Premium HVS allows a maximum capacity of 38.4 kWh. Ability to scale by adding HVS modules or parallel HVS stacks later.

BYD BATTERY BOX PREMIUM HVS 5.1 ENERGY STORAGE (5.12 kWh / 204.8 V)

BYD Battery Box Premium HVS high-voltage batteries are suitable for ON-Grid solar power plants and various electricity backup power solutions as high-quality energy storages. Now you can professionally store the energy generated by solar panels in the BYD battery system and utilize all the energy produced for your own use. If desired, the system automatically operates as a 3-phase backup power plant during a power outage on the OFF-Grid principle, and you can safely use all electrical appliances in your home even during an outage.

Thanks to their scalability, BYD Battery Boxes are a functional solution for both private houses and larger industrial and commercial applications. The system makes it possible to increase and manage the energy self-sufficiency of a home in a high-quality, but simple way. 

Energy storage components

The Battery Box Premium HVS energy storage consists of 2–5 series-connected 2.56 kWh / 102.4 V HVS battery modules, as well as a control unit and mounting platform. The usable capacity of one energy storage box is 5.1–12.8 kWh. The energy storage facility has a modular design and can be expanded in separate 2.56 kWh modules to a larger one. Thus, the energy storage can be increased later as needed by adding individual HVS modules to the box, as well as by expanding the energy storage to its peak with parallel HVS stacks. The maximum capacity of the HVS system, 38.4kWh, is achieved by connecting three identical stacks of Battery Box Premium HVS 12,8kWh modules in parallel.
