The average annual yield of a 6 kW system is about 4 800 kWh. The best benefit is obtained in locations where the annual consumption of electricity is approximately 15 - 20,000 kWh. This size is perfect for households where heating is done with electricity. You can safely use, for example, an air source heat pump for cooling, without increasing the consumption of purchased electricity.
